		<description>Chiooga Beets are usually striped in color after cooked and peeled and a bit more sweet in my opinion.  Usually smaller but not always....  Just gives the dish some more contrast in color and usually flavor.

Tried running a bit early November but have lost the desire and or edge to run throughout the year.   Cycling is about 14 hours a week now!  Got a new time trial bike for Christmas and will put that into the mix this year in a few 3 day stage races!
